Admission to Jr.K.G. Class : 2016-17
1) Forms will be issued/given on Monday 11th Jan 2016 and Tuesday 12th Jan 2016 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
2) Each Application form will cost Rs. 100/- (Rs. One Hundred Only). This is NOT REFUNDABLE. You are requested to get change.
3) Each parent/child will be given only 01 form.
4) Only children born from 01 Jan 2012 to 31 Dec 2012 are eligible for Jr. Kg. Admission.
5) Christians/Catholic’s will have to bring the ORIGINAL BMC birth certificate and the ORIGINAL Church Baptism Certificate along with 01 photocopy of both.
6) Non Christians will have to bring the child’s ORIGINAL BMC birth certificate and a photocopy of the same.
7) The forms should be completely filled, signed and returned back to us on Fri 15th Jan 2016 and Sat 16th Jan 2016 from 9.00am to 12.00noon only.
8) NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
9) Selected Catholics/Christians and of brother’s/sisters/siblings list will be put up on the notice board on Wednesday 20th Jan 2016 after 3.00 p.m.
10) Those numbers who are not in the above list, will have to come for a LOTTERY DRAW on Thursday 28th Jan 2016 at 9.00 a.m.
